Product Questions

Do you know who Rinker was using as a manufacturer in 2016? I am having trouble locating matching vinyl for a customer's boat. Spradling can't match it. -- would it also be possible to mail you all a sample of his vinyl and see if you have anything in the warehouse that matches; if you had someone that could walk the floor to see? (It would be a life saver for us -- our upholstery guy punctured a hole in a customer's seat while doing a floor install job)
Question by: Kerri Hanks on Dec 8, 2023, 8:28 AM
Hi Kerri,

Unfortunately, we don't know who Rinker specifically used in any of their model years, and I'm afraid we just are not set up to compare samples to our stock. We have vinyl in multiple locations, and much of it is stored on racks 30 feet in the air, so it's not like someone can just stroll through. Sorry.

What we might suggest is to find a Rinker owners forum or two and post the question there. Surely other owners have had the same issue at some point.

Sorry we could not help more Kerri.

Hi Rick,

How about we mail you a sample? This vinyl is in our Racine facility.

Hello. Just ordering this vinyl and placed 12 in the quantity. Wondering if this comes in one 12 yard continuous roll.
Question by: Katherine Currie on Apr 5, 2021, 11:01 AM
Hello Katherine,

We typically do ship in continuous lengths, but we do suggest you make a note of it when placing an order if you want it that way. Often times, foam backed vinyl has "breaks" in it for whatever reason.

Thank you!
