The Fly High Pro X Series Board Rack is designed to fit most towers or pylons and comes with arm extensions to accommodate wake surf boards. The W2906 fits 1.875" - 2" Dia. pylons and towers. It measures approximately 8" W x 7 1/2" D x 22" H overall.

Does the rack have a quick release feature from the pylon or is it permanent?

Hello Steve,
I don't know that you'd call it a quick release feature exactly, but here is what the manufacturer says:
"With an easy push and twist, your boards are locked and loaded with no rubber band to wear out. It is capable of making a 90degree twist down for easy access if needed."
