Hello Crystal,
Unfortunately, we don't currently show any covers specific to a '95 center console, and they aren't something we can source or order.
Going back to '95, we aren't aware of any retailers who might have "on the shelf" anymore. You might consider just getting Sunbrella canvas off the roll and having an area upholsterer make them up for you.
If you do go that route, we have a selection of Sunbrella at great prices at this link:

I'm afraid we are not able to cross reference the top to specific boats. About all we can suggest is to contact a dealer and give them that 10.02645 Robalo part number.
