These cushions are constructed out of oat and vanilla colored marine grade vinyl over foam padding. They each have mesh on the back with beige zippers and feature pre-installed snaps (male snaps not included).
The cushions have the following measurements (all approximate):

I have a 2007 218 Sailfish. Can the cushions seen available for the 260 model be made for my 218?

Hello Robert,
Unfortunately we don't currently have any cushions/skins specific to your 218, and they aren't something we can source or order.
Going back to '07, we aren't aware of any retailers who might have "on the shelf" anymore. You might consider just getting marine vinyl off the roll and having an area upholsterer make them up for you.
If you do go that route, we have a very good selection of vinyl at great prices at this link:
