Will this fit on the 21' center console xfs if you got a left and a right. Also do you buy the pedestal separate?

I'm afraid we are not able to cross reference the seat to specific boats. You should be fine if your boat have a standard pedestal with a standard 12" x 5" seat mount pattern (something like this)

Unfortunately, we don't currently have a matching port seat. All the Scout seats we have are shown here:
