Boat part number 1072731 is a new OEM leaning post from Scout Boats, part number HW1581B . This OEM leaning post seat frame is the same used by Scout Boats on their 231 XS models, exact years unavailable.
This leaning post frame is constructed out of a white powder coated aluminum frame and features (2) 1 7/8" ID fishing rod holders. This leaning post measures approximately 43 1/2" W x 29 5/8" D x 44" H overall. Each foot has (4) 3/16" diameter pre-drilled mounting holes for easy installation. Poles are approximately 39 1/2" W and 13 1/2" D apart center on center. Leaning post cushion is not included.
Although new, this leaning post has some scratches from storage and handling, as shown in photos. Due to these imperfections we have greatly reduced the price of this deluxe leaning post! Hurry, at this price it's sure to sell out quickly!

Unfortunately, we do not at this time, and they are not something we can source or order. I'm afraid we aren't aware of any retailers who might have them "on the shelf" anymore.
You might consider just getting marine vinyl off the roll and having an area upholsterer make them up for you. If you do go that route, we have a very good selection of vinyl at great prices at this link:
