This breaker box is constructed from black coated aluminum. It features the Sea Ray logo and labels in white. It measures approximately 16" W x 15 3/4" H x 9 5/8" D overall (16 3/8" H with attachments). It uses a cutout of approximately 14 5/8" W x 14 3/8" H x 9 3/8" D. There are (12) 1/4" Dia. mounting holes (hardware not included).
