how much horizontal room is required to install Boat part number 1089492 is a new Rack series 12 Foot steering system kit from SeaStar Solutions, part number SS14112 .

Honestly not sure. We aren't dealers, and don't do installations or the like. What we'd recommend is to contact Seastar Solutions (formerly Teleflex) directly to see if they can assist.
