Shields Boat Wet Exhaust Hose 255-1380 | Shieldsflex 1 3/8 Inch (Foot)
Black HD synthetic fabric with nitrile tube neoprene cover. Reinforced with wire helix imbedded between plies of HD synthetic fabric. Used for: Intake hose for engine, generator, A/C, Livewell, Bilge pump intake/discharge, Scupper lines, and Wet exhaust connections. Use where long lengths or bends are required. High oil resistance. For flexible connections on Coast Guard inspected vessels - for vital and non-vital water systems.
Resistant to: Oil, engine heat, exhaust fumes, ozone, mild chemicals, antifreeze, salt water. Abrasion resistant. ISO Class A hose is recommended for diesel exhaust by ISO. Temperature range: -20° to +200° F continuous, +250° intermittent. Meets SAE J2006 Type R2 (For pleasure boats) Meets ISO 13362:2004-Type 2-Class A standards.
