This latch is constructed from marine grade plastic with a textured finish. Measures approximately 2 3/8" Dia. x 1 1/8" D overall. Requires an approximate 2" Dia. cutout.

We don't have any M1-41's here but from what I found online, they appear to vary slightly -
M1-41:
Min. Outer Panel Thickness (mm) 2.00
Max Outer Panel Thickness (mm) 7.00
M1-43:
Min. Outer Panel Thickness (mm) 12.00
Max Outer Panel Thickness (mm) 17.00
You may want to check with a dealer to be certain though.
