Can you please confirm this is the part for a 1999 Bayliner Trophy?
Boat part number 1015573 is a new thru hull stalon with scupper from Southco, part number M7-10-9005254 . Commonly used on Bayliner Boats, part number 174599 , but may be used on other boats.
This stalon scupper is constructed out of gray marine grade nylon with 316 stainless steel flange. Features a one-way PVC check valve and measures approximately 3 1/4" Dia. x 5 1/4" H overall. Has a max thru hull thickness of approximately 1 3/4" and (1) 2" Dia. barbed hose connection.

I am sorry, but we are not able to cross reference the thru hulls we have to specific boats. About all we can suggest is to contact a Bayliner dealer.
