This folding ladder is constructed out of stainless steel with black polymer rungs. It measures approximately 10 1/4" W x 36" H x 4 1/2" D overall when deployed and approximately 18 3/8" H when folded. It has (2) 5/8" Dia. and (4) 1/4" Dia. mounting holes (hardware not included).

1. Is the hardware shown (6 pair of nuts and bolts and brackets to mount two black-capped tubes to keep ladder off transom) included or not.
2. I can see you would need two holes two mount each swivel bracket on transom, but what would last two mounting holes mentioned be for?

Hello Woody,
I'm afraid these came to us without any installation instructions and since we aren't dealers/distributors - we purchase overstock and excess marine accessories - we don't know exactly how they mount. All the hardware you see IS included if that helps.
