Does this completely replace the existing dash or does it go over?

Hello Thao,
Not 100% certain, but I believe it is meant to replace. You see, we aren't dealers/distributors - we purchase overstock and excess marine accessories - and these came to us from Stratos without any additional information or instructions.

Trying to bring my 93 201 pro xl into 23 but I’m having trouble finding panels that will fit such a old boat what I need to figure out is if I can switch out my old dash panel if one of the newer shroud panels would fit right in without major fiberglass modifications any thing yal know that could help would be greatly appreciated thank you

I'm very sorry, but we really have no way to recommend anything we have. We aren't Stratos dealers, and aren't familiar with your 201, or even their current models. We purchase surplus and overstocks, so all we know is what we can decipher off the tags and boxes when we get items from Stratos.
What we might suggest is to find an online Stratos owners forum or two and post the question there. Another owner may have gone through a simlilar change.
Right now, we are a bit light on what we can offer from them, with only these to offer:
