Unfortunately, we don't have any such curtain, and they are not something we can source or order.
Going back to '01, I'm afraid we aren't aware of any retailers who might have "on the shelf" anymore. You might consider just getting cover topping material off the roll and having an area upholsterer make them up for you.
If you do go that route, we have a very good selection of topping at great prices at this link:
