Hi Gregg,
It is an OEM Suzuki part (note the last photo) but I'm afraid we don't know what you mean by fully integrated. Since we aren't Suzuki dealers, we really aren't all that familiar with them. For what it's worth, everything you see in the photo is included if that helps.

We aren't dealers and aren't certain, but I don't think so. It doesn't say it anywhere on the accompanying docs. You might want to check with a Suzuki dealer to be sure though.

Since we aren't Suzuki dealers, I'm afraid we are not able to cross reference the tiller handle to specific motors. About all we can suggest is to contact a dealer and give them that 63002-87L02-0EP part number.
