Will these mats fit my 2021 Tahoe T16 sport boat? How easy can they be removed if so desired?

I'm sorry, but we have no way to cross reference them to specific boats. All we can suggest is to contact a dealer and give them that 323823 Tahoe part number.
Removing them could prove difficult if laid down for any period of time. We've never seen anyone try it, so we really can't say for sure.

I'm looking for Tahoe T18 Mats. Do you sell them? I'm only seeing the t16.

Unfortunately, we don't currently have any mats specific to your T18, and they aren't something we can source or order.
We aren't aware of any retailers who might have "on the shelf." All we can offer at this time is non skid off the roll that you would need to cut to size.
If you do go that route, we have a very good selection of non skid at great prices at this link:

I'm afraid we aren't aware of any retailers who might have "on the shelf" anymore. You might consider just getting marine carpet off the roll and having an area upholsterer make them up for you.
