Hi Tony,
Honestly - it doesn't mean anything. That's a quirk on our site where that line shows up on most items we list. It'll work for everything we show listed in the ad. The manual however doesn't say whether it is salt water applicable so I'm afraid you'd need to check with the manufacturer for that.
