Boat part number 1074215 is a new trim gauge from Teleflex, part number 67527F .
This clear halogen illuminated bulb gauge features a silver bezel, white face, black lettering, accents, silver accents, and black needle with orange tip. Measuring approximately 2 1/4" Dia. across the face including bezel x 2 3/4" D overall. Requires an approximate 2" Dia. cutout. Has (3) threaded bolt connectors. Mounting bracket included.

Product Questions
I tried teleflex trim guage set up for Merc, Yamaha01 and up and it worked backwards. It worked on a Yamaha. Engine is 200HP 05 mercury that I need guage for, sending unit is locared on Port side of engine. With sending unit wire OFF--Gauge should drop down to DOWN position, with gauge shorted to sending postfrom ground,should read UP. I need to insure this is the correctgauge.

According to the data that we have that came from Teleflex this SHOULD read correctly with your 200 Merc. However, the Teleflex that is around now is not the Teleflex that made that gauge so it's not like we can contact/confirm with them. You might consider something from Faria - you can still confirm with them. Here is one that is pretty similar to the Teleflex trim:
