This flush mount rod holder is constructed from textured oyster white marine grade plastic. It measures approximately 3 7/8" L x 2 1/4" W x 8 1/4" H overall. It uses a cutout of approximately 2" Dia. x 8" H overall. It has (2) 1/8" Dia. mounting holes approximately 2 3/4" apart, center-to-center (hardware not included).
