This windlass plate is constructed from stainless steel with a mirrored finish. Measures approximately 13 1/8" L x 6 3/8" W x 12 1/2" H overall. Requires an approximate 4 1/2" W x 11 1/4" L cutout. Hosts (8) 1/4" Dia. mounting holes set around the perimeter of the base.

I'm afraid we aren't able to cross reference the plate to specific boats. You'd need to either contact a dealer and give them that 5340046 part number, or just go by the measurements in the ad.
