The Tides Marine Type-C rudder port is used in vessels constructed of FRP, steel or aluminum which have an integral rudder port tube and flange. Unlike the typical assembly with separate bearing and packing, the Type-C unit combines both sealing and bearing function in a cost-effective housing.
This rudder bearing measures approximately 6 1/2" Dia. x 7 1/8" H overall, with a rudder / stock OD of 2 1/2". It mounts via (6) 3/8" Dia. mounting holes. Installation hat included.
