Will these replace the rubber pads that rested on the back of the toon, they had them riveted on the stand offs?

Hi Glenn,

I don't think so. We think these were most likely used to cap off square tubing on whatever pontoon boats Tracker used them on. However, we aren't familar with what those rubber pads were so can't say for certain. Sorry.
