This cover is constructed out of charcoal ClimaShield Plus fabric with Tracker branding. ClimaShield Plus fabric is constructed from 600-denier woven polyester with a triple coating of marine grade formula for moisture resistance, fabric breathability, fade resistance, and water repellency. Measures approximately 199" L x 112" W overall.
ClimaShield Plus covers feature Color-Lok solution dyeing with UV resistance, leading to less fading and longer lasting color. Advanced anti-microbial coating gives ClimaShield covers extreme tensile strength, increasing the longevity of the fabric and resistance to tears, stretches, and shrinking. Dowco's Color-Lok process also reduces mold and mildew, keeping your cover fresher longer.
This is a ratchet fastening cover. Use Dowco's ratchet system to reduce the amount of snaps and straps needed to secure your cover in place. This cover features stainless steel ratchets with non-stretch rope for lock-down security, and includes trailer straps to further secure the cover during travel. This cover features sewn-in reinforcements to protect areas under high stress.
Includes (3) support pole and (6) quick-release buckle straps.

Hello Ken,
I'm afraid we aren't able to cross reference the cover to specific boats. You'd need to either contact a dealer and give them that 163195 part number, or just go by the measurements in the ad.

Does this fit a 2016 pro guide v16 sc with trolling motor?

I believe so. It may be worth contacting Dowco to see for sure, but in the tag it specifies w-tm. That should mean trolling motor. If you have any further questions, feel free to contact back. Thanks!
