This mount is constructed out of black marine grade plastic, and measures approximately 3 7/8" L x 2" W x 2" D overall. Has a 12 splined opening for holding many different kinds of rod holders and other accessories. Uses an approximately 1 3/8" diameter cutout, and has (4) 1/4" mounting holes spaced 3 1/8" L x 1 1/4" W apart. Has an open bottom for easy draining.
