Product Questions
Would this steering wheel fit in a 2005 Tahoe Q6?
Question by: Jose Perez on Nov 6, 2022, 9:14 PM
Hello Jose,
Chances are about 90% it will but the only way we know for sure is if you remove your old wheel and hub from your steering helm shaft and see if that helm has a key way or splined tip. A key way has 1, 2 or 3 slots on it while a splined tip would have 15 splines and look like a prop shaft.
If you look at the back side view of this wheel, you'll see two slots in the hub. That is a key way mount.
Hope this helps!

Why does it say "made for custom applications"? My current wheel is a 3/4" keyway with about a 3" dish. This looks like it is a pretty small dish also and should work for me.
Question by: MARK ZIENO on Jul 19, 2022, 7:57 PM
Hi Mark,
If we aren't able to link a part we get in to a specific boat maker, that's just kind of a default line that gets put in there. It doesn't really mean anything.
Hope that explains it!

part number 1073887- Steering wheel says it is grey but looks tan. I am looking for a tan wheel. Could you clarify.
Question by: Larry Cunningham on Oct 10, 2021, 11:50 AM
Hello Larry,
The manufacturer does call it gray, but it's really more of a taupe color - a grayish tan. Uflex uses that color on quite a few of their wheels. Right now, the only thing I found that we'd consider true tan is this one:
