Boat part number 1001280 is a new set of battery terminal covers from Valmar, part number 31682 .
These covers are constructed out of red and black foam rubber for electrical insulation and protect battery cables from corrosion and shorting. These are designed to fit over wing nut terminals. Each cover measures approximately 4" L x 1 3/8" W x 2" H overall. Has an approximate 3/8" ID opening, and a 2 3/8" L x 1 1/2" W opening. Includes (1) red cover and (1) black cover.
