Boat part number 1103390 is a new 25 YD roll of sewable hook strip from Vicar International, part number 33-25 .
Hook-and-loop fasteners (hook-and-pile fasteners or touch fasteners) consist of two components: two lineal fabric strips which are attached (sewn or otherwise adhered) to the opposing surfaces to be fastened. The first component features tiny hooks; the second features smaller loops. When the two are pressed together the hooks catch in the loops and the two pieces fasten or bind temporarily.
This sewable hook fastener tape is constructed out of white nylon and measures approximately 1" W x 25 YD L overall.
