Product Questions
My current ladder is bent. Instead of detaching at the brackets, requiring I get behind my I/O to loosen bolts holding the brackets on, I'm wondering if it's possible to remove the pins at the top of the ladder. Do you know if that is possible?
Question by: Sam on May 10, 2022, 10:01 AM
Hi Sam,
Had one of these pulled, and those pins are tack welded, so they aren't removable. Can't say that of all ladders, but these aren't.

Our wind line is actually a three step I believe. Does that make a difference in cap size?
Question by: Monika Periard on Apr 6, 2021, 5:39 AM
Hello Monika,
I don't think it matters, but you might want to check with a dealer to be sure. Since we aren't dealers, we don't have all the Windline specs.

What is the size of the black cap. Is it 1 and 1/4 or 1 and 1/2? Thank you. One of our caps has fallen out.
