Sorry no, it doesn't fold. As long as you have the room for it, you should be able to use on most any boat including your Rinker.
Since they are already on sale, I'm afraid we cannot move on the price. If you do order two online, we suggest you order one at a time, or the shipping calculator will want to charge a lot more for shipping.
