I'm trying to find a windshield like this for a 2005 sea doo challenger 180. Will this fit or can you recommend a product?

Hello Joel,
Unfortunately, we don't currently show one specific to your 180 and it isn't something we can source/order or cross reference to what we do have.
Going back to '05, we aren't aware of any retailers who might have "on the shelf" anymore. You may need to either find someone to make one, or find one close and use it. That option isn't as daunting as it sounds.

The single most important measurement is the 80". That is center to center of the port/starboard radius. If you can find one that matches yours, there is a good chance it will work. The height, and to an extent the length can usually vary, and the width across the back as well, because the back can flex so much.

We typically only carry complete windshields, along with some select center walk through's and only the occasional "section."
Unfortunately, we don't currently show one specific to your 205 and it isn't something we can source/order.
I'm afraid we aren't aware of any retailers who might have "on the shelf" anymore. You may need to either find someone to make one, or find one close and use it. That option isn't as daunting as it sounds, and you'll find our complete units are more often than not cheaper than having a section custom made.
