Hi Kyle,
To use it as a travel cover, you'd want to add straps to it. As it is right now, it'd only be recommended for mooring.

I have a 2011 Chapparal 196 SSI and want an all weather cover to fit. It is stored on our covered dock but want something waterproof especially for the winter. Thank you.
