This ladder is constructed out of polished stainless steel and has black marine grade plastic steps. It measures approximately 21 7/8" H x 11 7/8" W x 9 3/8" D overall when deployed and 13 1/4" L x 11 7/8" W x 1 1/2" H when folded. It has (4) 1/4" mounting holes set apart 10 1/8" center to center.
