Do the arm rests come with pads on the upside of the bracket or are those extra. If so, how much?

Hello Jeff,
I'm afraid no pads come with them, and unfortunately we don't have anything pre-made to fit. They came to us from Lund just as you see them. You'd probably need to have an upholsterer make something up for you.
