Boat part number 1073331 is a new MerCruiser engine system monitor primary panel from Mercury Quicksilver, part number 861014 . Commonly used on Crownline Boats, part number 59141 . May be used on other boats.
This panel is constructed out of black marine grade plastic, and measures approximately 9" W x 2 1/2" H overall. Mounts with (4) 1/4" Dia. mounting holes, and has (6) male terminal connectors.
