Hidem (or Hydem) welt trim is used to hide the staples underneath your boat seats in boat seat upholstery projects. Simply pull the welt apart, staple through the welt and material into the bottom of the seat, and your staples will be hidden from view giving your boat seat a beautiful professional finish.
Manufacturer calls this Quicksilver, we see it closer to a light gray color. Measures approximately 3/4" W x 1/8" H overall.
