This premium quality marine low permeation (barrier) fuel hose designed for use with fuel feed, vent, return and transfer within enclosed engine compartments. Hose can be used for all marine fuels including gasoline, ethanol (up to 85%), diesel, bio-diesel and alcohol-enhanced (CE10) fuels. Braided reinforcement provides excellent flexibility and bend radius. Formulated for maximum resistance to fuels, weather, UV and ozone.
This fuel hose is constructed out of Nitrile butadiene rubber (NBR) outer layer, reinforced with polyester and incorporates a plastic barrier to limit permeation to comply with EPA and CARB requirements. It meets or exceeds all requirements of new ISO 7840 and SAE J1527 standards required by USCG, ABYC and NMMA.
