This glove box panel is constructed out of 1/2" thick black starboard and measures approximately 23 3/8" W x 10 5/8" H overall. Latch opens a door panel with an approximate 13 7/8" W x 6 5/8" H opening. Mounts with (7) 8-32 threaded holes.
NOTE: May contain scuffs and scratches from storage and handling. See photo for example.

is this a replacement that will fit my 2014 nitro z7 bass boat. If so how does it replace it. The one that came with my boat is a box insert that fits in the console opening and is screwed around the perimeter. The one pictured does not look like that.

I'm afraid we aren't able to cross reference this one to any particular boat. It came to us from Nitro without much information. You'd pretty much need to just go by the measurements in the ad.
