Boat part number 7400017 is a new set of (2) motor mount backing plate commonly used on Pursuit Boats, part number POVMF6x18P/POVMF6x18S . May be used on other boats.
This motor mount backing plate is used to provide a stable spot to use mounting hardware on and to not dig into original item being secured. May be used for other applications than just a motor mount. Constructed out of aluminum and measures approximately 18" L x 6" W x 1/4" T overall. Hosts (6) 5/16" Dia. countersunk holes per plate for mounting.
