Boat part number 1007546 is a NEW adjustable brass 12 volt radiance halogen reading light by AFI.
Features on/off switch, rectangular base, innovative light output through cutouts in the lens trim ring, solid brass construction, extremely cool operating temperature.
Measures app 6" tall with a 3 7/8" long x 2 3/4" wide x 7/8" tall base.
10 watt halogen bulb included.

is this fixture available with a on/off dimmer combination switch?

I'm afraid not - at least we don't have them with a dimmer option. You could try contacting a dealer or the manufacturer though. They may offer them.
