Each of these rail bases are constructed out of black marine plastic with a matte finish. Each measures approximately 2 3/8" L x 1 5/8" H x 1/8" Thick overall. Hosts and inner cutout diameter of approximately 1 3/8". Mounts via (2) 3/16" Dia. holes set apart 1 7/8" center to center.
