Product Questions

i purchased this faucet but it does not connect to the pipe fitting. can you purchase a fitting? what is the meausurement of the screw in portion? is it a metric fit. it does not fit a 3/8" or 1/2" fitting

Hello Jeff,

I'm afraid we don't have a whole lot of information on these. They came to us with no instructions/manual and we don't know who manufactured them. In our business - surplus and overstocks - that is sometimes the case.

We don't have any type of fitting/adaptor for it, and I can't get at these for additional measurements, but I see the ad says it's a 5/8" threaded fitting. Does that seem right to you?
