Boat part number 7103080 is a new livewell recirc rocker switch from Carling, part number unavailable. Commonly used on Ranger Boats, part number 201578 , but may be used on other boats.
This red illuminated ON/OFF/ON rocker switch is constructed out of black marine grade plastic and is for TIMED/ON recirc functions. Rated at 20A 12V. Measures approximately 1" W x 2" H x 2" D overall and requires an approximately 3/4" W x 1 5/8" H cutout. It has (7) spades.

Does this switch have a timer in it for recirculating livewells?

Hi John,
There isn't an internal timer. You'd need to connect an acutal livewell timer to it. Something like this:
