Boat part number 8103240 is a new Performance series tachometer gauge from Faria, part number TC9367B . Commonly used on Legend Bass Boats, part number 316024 . May be used on other boats.
This red halogen illuminated tachometer features a domed lens, silver colored bezel, white face, red needle, and black lettering, numerals and accents. Measures approximately 3 3/4" across the face, including bezel, x 3 1/2" D overall. Requires an approximate 3 1/4" Dia. cutout. Has (4) threaded bolt and single spade male connections. Mounting bracket included.

How about this one? It will work with your outboard - just set the switch on back to 6P for 12 pole:
