Product Questions

Hello,

Do they still make the drain cup for this, or are replacement seals available?
Question by: Joseph S Boyce on Nov 4, 2023, 7:43 AM
Hello Joseph,

I'm afraid we don't know if those are still offered by Attwood - or even if seals are. About all we can suggest is to contact either a dealer or Attwood directly.

Sorry we could not help.

Can you tell me the minimum thickness the deck must be for these to work? Basically the dimension from the underside of the cleat mounting flange to the top side of the backer plate fully tightened down. Thanks!
Question by: Russ on Nov 16, 2021, 2:55 PM
Hi Russ,

We'd be happy to get whatever dimension you need, but could you please do a favor. Take a screen shot and mark exactly what you would like measured. You can just reply to this email with that screen shot.

Thank you.

Does this replace the pull-up cleats on the swim platform of the Chaparral 310 signature ? (2012 Part 66524-1) I assume factory ones are no longer available?
Question by: Jeff Vacha on Apr 20, 2021, 6:36 PM
Hello Jeff,

Since we aren't dealers, I'm afraid we do not know what was originally used on your 310, or even if the originals are still available. You'd pretty much need to go by the measurements in we have in the photos.

Sorry we could not help.
