Boat part number 1103890 is a new Swivl-Eze 278 Pro Series 3° seat mount from Attwood, part number 278A03PM-1 . Commonly used on Crestliner Boats, part number unavailable , but may be used on other boats.
This seat mount is constructed out of aluminum with a gray powder coated finish. It measures approximately 8 1/2" L x 6 1/2" W x 4 5/8" H overall and mounts via (4) 1" x 1/4" oval mounting holes. Features a locking handle and twist knob. Has a 2 7/8" Dia. post mount.

Hello Mike,
We received a bulk purchase of these swivels, and the photos show one that was basically just picked at random. Whether every single swivel has that 001010405 number, I cannot say. Since they are stored at a fulfilment location, we cannot get additional info on them. We CAN tell you they are all 278A03PM-1 swivels if that helps.
