Boat part number 1060386 is a new left angled barb L-head cyclodial thru hull elbow from Marine East, part number 7410W-L . Commonly used on Hydra-Sports Custom Boats, part number HS22090852 , but may be used on other boats.
This cyclodial thru hull is constructed out of white marine grade plastic and features a 100° elbow. Measures approximately 2 7/8" W x 4 3/4" H x 4 3/4" D overall and requires an approximate 1 7/8" Dia. cutout. Has a max panel thickness of approximately 1/2" and (1) 1 1/2" Dia. barbed hose connection.

We don't do installations, so we don't have any experience with it, but we've heard 3M's 5200 is pretty universal for that type of thing.
