GLS stock number 1001540 is a 54 wide Marine Grade, Fuzzy Backed Marine Grade Vinyl originally made for Cobalt Boats, but is unversal.
The color/texture is called Vintage Gray. It is a dark gray color with a light texture, and has a fuzzy cotton backing. Ideal for upholstering seats or even as a headliner. The backing on this vinyl makes it VERY strong and durable.

I'm afraid we do not know. You see, we aren't dealers/distributors - we purchase overstock and excess marine accessories - and this came to us from Cobalt with no part number - just a tag that said "Vintage Gray."
Going back to '01, what we might suggest is to find an on line Cobalt owners forum and post the question there.
