Product Questions

Hi I'm looking to upholster my car seat. It's a 63 Chevy corvair. It has vinyl seats. I measured the pleats and they measure 3/8. They are heat pleated though. My question is that this is the closest I'm gonna get to matching? If you have any advice I would surely appreciate it. Thank you!

Hi Sherry,

I don't recall ever seeing any kind of marine vinyl with pleats narrower than 1". Doesn't mean it's not out there - we've just never had it. I did a quick google search and found none narrower. It's always been our thought that sewn pleating is more durable, but we don't have any specs to back that up.
