Boat part number 7201942 is a new cockpit and bow cover set for a 287 SSX Chaparral Boat with arch, part number 10.14831 / 10.04311 . Manufactured by Ameritex Fabrics, part number 121870006 / 121870006 .
This cockpit and bow cover set is constructed out of marine red Sunbrella marine grade canvas. Sunbrella marine fabrics are UV and fade resistant, with long lasting color against sun, salt, and chlorine. With built-in mold and mildew resistance, Sunbrella canvas can be cleaned quickly and easily with bleach with minimal color loss. The breathable construction allows air to pass through, keeping your boating experience comfortable without compromising sun protection.
Features pre-installed snaps and includes (3) mooring poles with additional hardware. The cockpit measures approximately 102 1/2" W x 218" L and the bow cover measures 81 1/4" W x 80" L overall. See photos for measurements.

I'm afraid we aren't aware of any retailers who might have "on the shelf" anymore. You might consider just getting marine vinyl off the roll and having an area upholsterer make them up for you.
