Hi Joe,
Unfortunately we don't know if this is 304 or 316. They came to us from Chaparral with only that H-187 part number and no other info. Chances are very good it is 316, but we just can't say for sure.
Yes, you can send your own label, but it would need to be a manual order, and you'd need to call our customer service team at 262-898-1855, M-F, 8:30-5:00 cst.
